Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and VRAMGlass ("VRAMGlass", "we", "our", or "us") and govern your access to and use of the website at vramglass.com and related widgets and APIs (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, signing in to an account, or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service provides price trends and specifications for GPUs and memory, as well as estimates of the VRAM required and the speed achievable when running large language models locally. Prices are statistically derived from public listings on third-party marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, and estimates are calculated from publicly available information and formulas.

This information is provided for reference only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It does not constitute purchasing advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to sign in to an account.

Sign-In Methods

You can sign in with an email verification code or a Google account. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in, and a given email address always corresponds to the same account.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the email account or Google account linked to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@vramglass.com.

One Account per Person

Each account is for use by a single individual. You may not register multiple accounts to circumvent feature limits, and you may not sign in using another person's email address.

Watchlist and Price Alerts

  • The watchlist and price alerts are currently provided free of charge. Each account may set up to 5 price alerts, and we may change this limit.
  • Price alerts are based on the platform prices compiled by the Service: when a price reaches your target price, we send one email to your account's email address. We will not send a repeat alert for the same GPU on the same platform within 24 hours.
  • We endeavor to send alerts on time, but we do not guarantee that alerts will not be delayed or missed, or that you will be able to purchase the product at the price stated in an alert. Alert emails may be routed to your spam folder by your email provider's filters.
  • You may modify or turn off your alerts at any time, or unsubscribe from alert emails using the link in the email.
  • We may introduce paid features in the future. Before doing so, we will publish the applicable pricing and terms, and we will not charge you without your knowledge.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you may not:

  • scrape pages or APIs in bulk at a rate exceeding that of normal browsing, or circumvent any access restrictions we put in place;
  • register accounts in bulk, or use the Service to send emails to other people's email addresses;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Use of the public widgets and APIs is additionally subject to the limits described in their documentation.

Intellectual Property

The pages, text, charts, designs, and data compilations of the Service are owned by us. You may quote small amounts of data for commentary, research, or reporting, provided that you cite the Service as the source and link to it. The source code of the widgets may be used under the open-source license included in their code repository. Third-party trademarks that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50).

This Section does not limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Term and Termination

  • These Terms take effect when you first use the Service and remain in effect until terminated.
  • You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time.
  • If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
  • Upon termination of your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The sections titled "Intellectual Property," "Disclaimer of Warranties," "Limitation of Liability," "Governing Law," and "Miscellaneous" survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and we will update the date at the top of this page when we do. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the website or notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is located, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. This Section does not affect any protections that consumers are entitled to under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which they habitually reside.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Language: These Terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version governs.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or transfer of the Service.
